Top captains & vice captains – Star RCB batter Virat Kohli is currently fourth in the list of highest run-getters in the ongoing IPL 2025 season, and could once again make his bat do all the talking. The 36-year-old has smashed 505 runs in 11 matches so far in the competition, including seven fifties. Kohli can prove to be a massive threat to LSG in the upcoming game. Notably, the veteran batter has smashed 139 runs in five innings against LSG since 2022. Nicholas Pooran has scored 410 runs in eleven matches at a strike rate of 200 so far this season. He will be keen to do well once again. 

Smart pick – Ace pacer Josh Hazlewood has been the standout bowler for RCB this season. The Australian has picked up 18 wickets from 10 matches so far, and with that, he is currently third in the IPL Purple Cap race. Hazelwood, who missed the previous game, will be coming in fresh for the upcoming clash. The 34-year-old has been brilliant in the powerplay overs, giving his team early breakthroughs.

Cautious Pick – Rishabh Pant has had a disappointing IPL 2025 so far, scoring just 128 runs in 11 matches at an average of around 12.8, with only one notable innings and several single-digit scores. The pressure of captaincy and his record-breaking price tag seem to have affected his form and confidence, making him a risky pick for your fantasy team.
